Bloomberg Financial Markets Suite expert Achievements: • Led the design of BSc Finance course curriculum with 30 modules (subjects) based on UK QAA standards; coordinated and engaged a team of 13 module leaders through the validation process (steps). • Led the first-ever instructional integration of Bloomberg financial technology in higher education in Uzbekistan. • Conducted a series of professional development and training courses aimed at financial industry professionals and academics. 2020 - 2020 Uzbekistan Edtech research project (Consultancy contract), Asian Development Bank (ADB)
Achievements: • Helped the lead consultant design the research framework for Uzb that was later applied to 3 more countries. • Identified and used online research tools to conduct primary research (interview sampling, survey tool, etc). • Tested, deployed and delivered an online survey of 1,000 schoolteachers across all regions of the country. • Managed the data collection and visualization process • Delivered a presentation and wrote a country analysis (report) for the ADB stakeholders on the country edtech situation with findings, gaps and SMART recommendations

Achievements: • Provided technology user support to the participants of a strategic project workshop by RTI • Produced a brief report detailing the key problems experienced by users by platform type. • Enhanced the User Handbook with key technology-user related instructions. • Supported the live Zoom sessions during the workshop, through written/oral communication with users, and by managing the Zoom Breakout Rooms. • Managed users on the UEEP's Moodle site to ensure access to the designated participants.
