Mikerin (2006-2009), The State University of management (GYY). RF. Re-defended for recognition by the Israeli Board of Education in 2012.

Working group manager for a number of World Bank and IFC CIS accounts at Bookline ltd. (Jerusalem). Managed an educational team of 5 for the WB Kyrgyzstan public procurement project (2015-2016) and a number of valuation-related projects in Azerbaijan and Tajikistan.
