-Running the BA in Legal Studies, ensuring the best standards of the students’ learning experience; -Ensuring the quality of teaching and learning on the course; -Negotiating and maintaining the collaborative partnerships with the stakeholders, employers, universities, state bodies, international organizations; -Curriculum Design and Development, providing training opportunities and conducting workshops on curriculum design and principles of assessment; -Providing students advice and counselling.

-Running the Foundation Course, ensuring the best standards of the students’ learning experience; -Ensuring the quality of teaching and learning on the course; -Negotiating and maintaining the collaborative partnerships with the stakeholders, employers, universities, state bodies, international organizations; -Curriculum Design and Development, providing training opportunities and conducting workshops on curriculum design and principles of assessment; -Providing students advice and counselling.

- Developing the academic program for the teaching team of the English summer camp; - Supervising the teaching process and elaborating teaching activities; - Teaching an advanced group of learners.

Responsibilities: - to enhance the quality of the teaching and learning on the courses of the University, with a focus on Undergraduate courses; - to lead in the development of the Curriculum Development strategy and its implementation of Undergraduate Courses to ensure cohesion of courses and integrity plus fitness for the external environment; - to ensure the Quality Enhancement of the Courses and to ensure the fit and development of Undergraduate courses to the needs of all stakeholders; - to assist in the development of the Undergraduate courses to respond to the emerging needs of time/society in Uzbekistan and worldwide; - to be responsible for the Teaching and Learning Environment strategy; - to engage in the Corporate Development of WIUT and its communities; - to represent WIUT though collaborations, partnerships, conferences, and professional bodies in Uzbekistan and internationally.

Responsibilities: - to enhance the quality of the student learning experience on the courses of the University, with a focus on Undergraduate courses; - to elaborate Curriculum Development strategy and its implementation of Undergraduate Courses to ensure Course cohesion and integrity plus fitness for the external environment - to ensure the Quality Enhancement of the Courses in particular the quality of the Student Experience and the Graduate profile; - to ensure the fit and development of Undergraduate courses to the needs of all stakeholders; - to assist in the development of the Undergraduate courses to respond to the emerging needs of time/society in Uzbekistan and worldwide; - to be responsible for the Learning Environment strategy as a part of the Teaching and Learning Strategy and its implementation, including establishing links with external institutions for enhancement of the student experience on the relevant course; - to engage in the Corporate Development of WIUT and its communities; - to represent WIUT though collaborations, partnerships, conferences, and professional bodies in Uzbekistan and internationally.

-managing the academic advice and support activities of the university, namely, academic counsellors’ unit and psychological support service. - elaborating policy papers on the matters of student academic advice and psychological support service; - providing day to day supervision of the subordinate units and staff, including academic counsellors unit and psychological support service; - conducting professional development sessions and staff appraisal; - engaging in the recruitment processes and induction.
