SHINE (Sustainable Higher education through Inclusive and Equitable digital access) is dedicated to enhancing the capacity of human capital in Central Asian HEIs through digital transformation, aiming to improve access to higher education for people in need of inclusion (due to disabilities) by updating digital teaching materials at HEIs and increasing digital competence among teachers and staff in CA HEIs, thereby ensuring equitable learning opportunities. Concurrently, the project strives to eliminate barriers to higher education for young people in need of inclusion, support the upskilling of young people in need of inclusion, promote job creation and skills development and develop vocational training for teacher trainers in digital accessibility.
The project provide capstone training on digital accessibility for HEI teachers/trainers and staff, promote pedagogical approach of inclusive education for digital equity and adopt best practicies of Inclusive education policies, including Digital Accessibility Policy at HEI of CA. (KZ, TJ, UZ).
