Achieving gender equality remains one of the most important tasks of the state policy of Uzbekistan. The country maintains a position with a high level of both vertical and horizontal gender segregation in the labor market. The dissertation reviews and identifies the main reasons for maintaining gender inequality, as well as positive changes in the provision of equal rights in the field of gender relations.

-Preparation of annual budgets and control over their execution; -Provision of monthly reports on financial results to owners; -Internal audit of financial statements; -Pricing finished products, taking into account the expected profit; -Analysis of financial results and identification of their causes.
-Analysis of financial information and balance sheets in terms of giving accurate assessments of an organization’s economic performance -Maintenance and provision of accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
