Prof. Tarek Al Baghal, Professor of Survey Methodology at the Institute of Social and Economic Research, University of Essex, and is Associate Director for Content Development on Understanding Society, one of the largest longitudinal studies in the world. His research focuses on the linkage of new digital data sources to surveys and the uses of these combined sources. His PhD is in Survey Research and Methodology from the University of Nebraska, and he has a Master’s in the same field from the University of Maryland.
