The training is held in two days. The first part of the program aims to provide methodology and instruments, showing the best practices and common mistakes in project initiation. Ten main principles of SAP quality are also covered in the first stage. The second day of the training will be in the form of the game. Participants will be able to obtain a practical vision of working on the project and to determine the steps for the growth and strengthening of the team.
