Technology, big data and consumer behaviour, impact on business and they organisational performance, entrepreneurship. The objectives of my research program are as follows: • Develop diverse and productive research program in the space of automation of various business functions “AI”, utilizing big datasets for analysis and defining patterns, • Provide strong scientific basis for decision-making purposes, and • Train graduate and undergraduate students and research and automation of decision-making processes and modern organization

• Worked with partners and associate firms, consulted Fortune 500 clients on variety of projects and business/management systems optimization. Projects managed included organizational system implementations, conversions, design, efficiency evaluation, and organizational effectiveness. • Responsibilities included working with various industries and Fortune 500 companies such as Boeing, GE, Intel, and Oracle, managing variety of projects. Each project involved developing project plans, analyzing business requirements and complex data to determine risks and benefits, creating and delivering presentations to management. • Analyzed business process and review of existing systems; Interview clients/users; Analyze process flows, and identify opportunities for improvement; Map & Document existing business processes and business rules. • Researched, analyzed, defined and documented detailed requirements and specifications for the development and implementation of applications for the Business clients. • Post Implementation Assessments to review client implementations evaluating the implementation with regard to its initial objectives and goals, its business functionality, technical performance as well as project management methodology and execution. • Provided “best-practices” consulting services to an extensive client base, counseling client executive, senior and middle management in its business model, practices and processes related to the implementation of one or more projects. • Served a variety of clients within multiple industries.
