The assigned responsibilities include: Implement course work related to English for Undergraduate students as Secondary Language. Monitoring, teaching, supervising and assessing student’s performance during practice session. Perform specialized activities of a programmatic nature in direct support of the accomplishment of program objectives and protocol. Coordinates activities of support staff, faculty, and/or volunteers engaged in implementation and administration of program objectives. Worked in Vidya Knowledge Park , a group of institution consisting of more then 9 Institutions. was associated for 11 years. Design and implement course work related to English for Undergraduate students. Teach, supervise, and assess student’s performance during practice session. Collaborate with multiple facilities to organize and deliver workshops/seminars/conferences on English for students’ better understanding of speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. Promote classroom discussion by suggesting topics, modeling best practices when analyzing literature, language and interjecting when necessary. As the Head of Humanities Department the responsibility was to Watch-over on-campus academic programs for overall department development and quality education, as well as, students’ academic and personality development changes. Manage and guide academic staff in all types of professional aspects etc.
