- Provide strategic mentorship and guidance to WIUT students in developing business ideas, validating concepts, and launching early-stage startups through innoWIUT Entrepreneur’s Lab. - Over the past two years, supported the development and launch of more than 10 student-led startups, two of which have reached a combined valuation of over $10 million and received national and international recognition. - Designed and implemented two flagship programs aimed at building entrepreneurial capacity among youth: *Skills4Innovation – A practical, no-cost training initiative for WIUT students to develop competencies in entrepreneurship, digital skills (AI tools, data literacy, ICT), and green skills (sustainable project design aligned with SDGs). The program combined workshops, mentorship, and portfolio-building elements to prepare students for realworld innovation challenges. *Product Ideation, Design and Management – A collaborative course delivered with Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent (TTPU), focused on turning student ideas into functional products. The course covered ideation, prototyping (including 3D modeling), MVP development, business model canvas creation, and market analysis, reinforced by mentorship from industry professionals. - Actively contributed to building an innovation ecosystem at WIUT by connecting students with investors, incubators, and international startup competitions.
