2021 - 2022 Research Collaboration with University of Westminster (UoW) and Westminster International University in Tashkent (WIUT)
This research project is conducted by Dr Jaafar El-Murad Head, Dept of Marketing & Business Strategy at UoW, Dr Farhod Karimov, Principal lecturer of marketing and a deputy rector on pre-university at WIUT, Me Dildara Gapparova, Lecturer at WIUT and Dr Pinar Demir, Lecturer at UoW. The topic of the study is "Creativity and Risk in Advertising in Uzbekistan". The aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between risk and creativity in advertising from the perspective of both advertising agencies and customers. We planed to determine the attitude of local entrepreneurs and businesses towards using creativity in promoting their products and services.

2023 - 2024 WIUT Internak Grant
Integration of HRM and IT is one of the fundamental pillars of successful business. This research analyzed the impact of HR Information Systems (HRIS) adoption on Talent Management Outcomes (TMO) in Uzbekistan, considering the TOE framework and the moderating effect of long-term orientation (LTO). 213 HR professionals participated in this empirical study and linear regressions, determinant analysis, and Leven’s test were accomplished using the SPSS for testing seven hypotheses. The results showed that IT infrastructure, IT capability, and top management support had a significant impact on HRIS adoption and directly on talent management, while LTO moderates some technological variables and talent retention.
