2025 Ongoing research on rule of law, principle of legal certainty in the EU and Central Asia
A journal publication is in progress. The topic covers issues of legal certainty and rule of law. It is being investigated whether and to what extent Central Asian states apply legal certainty in judicial practice and administrative procedures. Best practice from the EU is also being analyzed and proposed for Central Asia.
